Every piece of custom mirror work is a meeting point between the client's creativity and the factory's craftsmanship. This full-length mirror made for Mr. Michelle in the United States is a perfect presentation from drawing to finished product.In this project, Mr. Michelle provided a complete original design: a black-and-white cowhide pattern textured frame combined with built-in soft ambient lighting, breaking the monotony of traditional mirrors and making it a functional yet decorative focal point in the space. Our goal was to achieve a 1:1 restoration, breaking down every detail with precision.To recreate the cowhide texture, we used a high-fidelity special finishing process that accurately reproduced the gradient pattern, paired with metal edge banding to enhance durability and a premium feel. The LED strip features hidden wiring, providing soft, non-glaring light that outlines a warm silhouette when illuminated. The mirror itself is made of high-definition copper-free silver mirror, delivering a clear, distortion-free image while balancing transparency and everyday usability.From material sampling and process debugging to finished product inspection, we managed every step with strict quality control. The final result fully realized the client's design concept and resolved any minor deviations during customization, turning the idea into a high-quality piece.For us, every customization is a challenge.
